Return Policy

At Beddingandmore, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping costs.

We offer 30 days return for all of our products. All faulty items must be claimed within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@beddingandmore.co.uk to obtain a return authorization. Once you have received your return authorization, please package the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.

All returned items must be in new, unused, undamaged, unwashed and resalable condition, and must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to make the purchase, and will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on personalized or customized items, as well as on items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Any such items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
